tresvennack pillar. a close cousin to the triganeeris sisters or higher drift stones across the valley and they share inter-visibility and similar burial pits both dug close to the monuments and cut directly into the clay rab. the one here was found by a local farmer, in the nineteenth century, having come across a stone slab close the the menhir covering the clay pit. opened it revealed one near complete cremation urn with cremated remains and a smaller urn also containing remains. see below
