walking the rosewall hill, ancient stones in an ancient landscape westpenwith

rosewall hill famed for long and ancient history of tin mining is also an in many ways an recorded site of prehistory and ancient landscape with a few known monuments an odd standing stone and the remnants of a curbed stone cairn circle. however it has much more to offer; including many stones with solution basins, highly probable candidates for logan stones and propped stone monuments, a possible tor enclosure, strange rock formations which certainly emulate early quiots and dolmen. all yet to be added to the rich prehistory of west penwith. this short walk only gives a small glimpse of this.
